Our story

Total Care Manager was founded by
an entrepreneur with first-hand experience of complex care.

Whilst providing hands-on care for his brother, Total Care Manager founder Antoine Tooley witnessed the many challenges faced by his brother’s care team.

Carers seldom had enough time to report every care task, and paper records were frequently lost or missed. With Tom’s level of dependency, mistakes were particularly worrying when they occurred.

After training as a software engineer, Antoine set out to improve the quality and safety of care for service users and their care teams.

With experience in complex care, emergency medicine, and technology innovation, our team is optimally placed to tackle the real, day-to-day challenges faced by people in the care industry.

Antoine Tooley – Founder & CEO

Antoine spent 10 years in the complex care industry as an assistant care manager for a team of 15 people, providing 2-1 domiciliary care to an adult brain trauma patient. He has since dedicated his career to building tools to address the challenges faced by complex care teams, patients and their families.

Dr George Page – Medical Advisor

George has spent over 10 years experience as an A&E Doctor in UK hospitals and overseas. He brings to the team in-depth knowledge of complex care delivery IT systems in hospitals, and experience of challenges of discharging patients into adult social care.

Paul Tomlinson – Business
Development Director

Paul blends extensive personal experience of the care industry with a wealth of technology sales & marketing experience, with a long track-record of driving growth at startups, small businesses and enterprise-scale firms.
